WE ACCEPT RETURNS
We are confident that every customer who orders from our website will be fully satisfied with their order. But, if for any reason, you decide you would like to return your order, we will work with you to process the return.
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to email@example.com the day of delivery. Cal Golf Star will provide a prepaid UPS return label. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
If the product is not damaged, we accept returns and exchanges within 31 days of order date for Cimarron Sports products. If a return is needed, please contact us for instructions and a return authorization number. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum charge of $10.00) for unused Cimarron products and a 25% restocking and reselling fee, if the product has been used. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts, and packaging.
In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered (minus shipping and restocking fees), the item(s) must arrive back to the warehouse in original condition. Potential expedited shipping charges applied to these orders are non-refundable. Please also note that if an order is canceled but already processed, the order will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Please note, we are dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions.
Cal Golf Star only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as described on the "We Accept Returns" page and tab that you can find in this product page. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it immediately when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com the day of delivery and we will help you process an insurance claim on your behalf.
How do I place an order?

How will my order be fulfilled?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Your order will normally be shipped within 2 business days after placing your order. Please contact our customer service department if your order is being delivered truckline. Our representatives will be happy to assist you in obtaining accurate delivery information and pricing.
