Cal Golf Star do not accept a return without prior approval and the issuance of an RA (Return Authorization) number. Once approved and issued the RA number must be posted on the outside of the package and on a note inside. Ernest Sports reserves the right to either remotely repair or replace the ES16 if deemed necessary before any refund option may be exercised. The Ernest Sports ES16 Tour golf launch monitor may be returned within 30 days from ship date for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and restocking fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer including the risk of loss. Unless the product is defective, Ernest Sports may charge up to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price, plus any sales tax.
If software licenses have been downloaded they are not returnable. Any non-defective Ernest Sports equipment is not returnable.

For the Cimarron Sports products, it will be shipped out via standard UPS and FedEx Ground Delivery within the continental U.S. We will not ship internationally, except for Canada. Hawaii and Alaska customers, please contact our customer service department for more details.

What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as described on the "We Accept Returns" page and tab that you can find in this product page. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it immediately when signing for delivery.
