SET UP DIRECTIONS
1. Remove poles and stakes from the carrying case.
2. Lay net flat.
3. Lift up the net and insert poles to each side.
4. After both poles are inserted, tighten both clips on each side. For outdoor use, insert 4 stakes to the red straps located on the bottom of each corner.
For additional stability, use the ropes on each side of the net and tie them down to the 2 remaining stakes.

What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as described on the "We Accept Returns" page and tab that you can find in this product page. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it immediately when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com the day of delivery and we will help you process an insurance claim on your behalf.
